All are welcomeCommunion Services

Communion services form the mainstay of our regular pattern of worship, and are based on the orders of service in Common Worship. Most of the 10:00am communion services have the words projected onto a screen, making them very easy to follow.

The Traditional communion services, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, include both traditional and modern hymns led by our choir and organ, and include a sermon.

The Contemporary communion services, on the 3rd Sunday of the month, have music provided by our Music Group, and the hymns and worship songs tend to be more modern.

The Said communion services (8am on Sundays, and midweek) use traditional language from a service book, and include a short sermon, but no hymns.

All Ages Together Services

These are informal services of worship for all ages  to worship together. They include an interactive talk, which is child-friendly, and often include a baptism. The projector and screen are used for these services.

Sunday@7Sunday @ 7

If traditional church services are not for you, but you would like to hear more about the Christian view of some of the issues that are important in the world today, why not try Sunday @ 7, in Burwell on the 2nd Sunday of the month (except April, August or December)? Most of those attending move on to a suitable hostelry for refreshment afterwards for further discussion and fellowship. Why not give it a try? All are welcome.

messy churchMessy Church

Messy Church is Church for all ages, from babies and toddlers, to grandparents and everyone in between!          We learn about God and being a follower of Jesus.          We meet in St Mary's between 4pm and 6pm on the last Sunday of the month (dates do vary during school holidays, Christmas and Easter......so please check first!)

Each session has a theme which we explore through crafts and activities, songs and prayers. And we always end by sitting down and eating a meal together.
