Christingle service. Sunday 4th December at 4.00pm
The Christingle Service is a very special service for all ages, which also raises money for The Children’s Society. During the service there are songs and readings, and then children are given a bag containing everything they’ll need to make their Christingle. Once we’ve explained what it means, and shown everyone how to make the Christingle, the candles are lit and the lights are dimmed as we sing a carol. There is an opportunity to make a donation towards the work of The Children’s Society or collect a special cardboard candle bring it back later at another of our Christmas services.
