FOR YOUR PRAYERS:
- for all those affected by the floods in Pakistan and
in Kashmir: may those who have died rest in peace,
and may those who have lost homes and possessions
receive the help they need to rebuild their lives.
- for Stephen & Abi as they settle into their new home,
that they will feel welcomed and well supported by their
new parishioners.
- for this parish entering the interregnum, that all may
rally together to ensure everything runs as smoothly
as possible, praying especially for those who carry
responsibilities for leadership in practical matters,
administration, pastoral care, and the leading of services.
- for all enjoying holidays at this time – for ample rest &
refreshment and for those would like to get away but are
unable to do so.
- for your people anxiously awaiting important exam
results at this time on which their future depends.
- for our young people and Hazel Williams taking part
in the youth exchange in Hungary, that they may have a
safe return journey tomorrow.
- in the Deanery: Anglesey Group & for Deanery
Treasurer Tony Page.
- for this parish: for those living in Toyse Lane, Silver
Street (Burwell), Burwell Road (Reach).
- for those in special need: Jean Pratt, Chloe Saunders,
Ann Fuller, Vera Baker, Jean Fearn, Roger Bungay.
- For the bereaved including the family & friends of Bob
Ratcliffe, Brian Hudson (Paula Spalding’s father) and
those remembering anniversaries of death at this time.
