FOR YOUR PRAYERS:
- God our Father, we thank you for ministry in our parish
over many years; for faithful laity and clergy alike. At this
time we pray for our parish - for churchwardens, PCC,
all who worship week by week and the wider community.
- for our young people attending the Light Parties today
as an alternative to Halloween, and for young people
celebrating Halloween, that their hearts and minds may
be protected and they are lead towards the light and
truth of Christ.
- for the victims of the recent tsunami and volcanic
eruption in Indonesia: that those who have died may rest
in peace and that aid may quickly reach those who are
in need.
- for all those whose jobs, incomes or benefits are
threatened by the economic cutbacks: may we all have
